Personal Statement
I am an undergrad student in my final year of BSc Computing at The University Of The Highlands and Islands, Scotland's newest university. I am a web developer specialising in the PHP language to create web applications and websites for small to medium organisations(please see my portfolio for more information), I am passionate about "Getting it right" down to the very last detail.

I enjoy all kinds of programming, but I particularly enjoy web application development using the PHP language and the CodeIgniter framework -
Social Networking
I enjoy both online and offline social networking. I would consider myself a "people person" and I enjoy meeting new people and collaborating with others on projects of all shapes and sizes. Photography
As a keen amateur photographer I regularly visit scenic locations whenever i get the chance.Music
I enjoy participating in a band and have done so on many occasions as a drummer and enjoy doing so at every opportunity.-
Open Technology
I am a big believer in open technology and open source software and i favour open solutions where possible. I am a big user of the Debian operating system and an open source evangelist
